Laurie has a great sense of urgency for talent development through succession planning and has done a great job hiring, training and developing relevant talent to support not only her store but the Gymboree brand. I have enjoyed getting to lead both Laurie and her Team and building great business relationships to work as a Team to achieve above average results. Laurie has also been able to train new store managers and become a great peer, mentor and role model to several manager not only in the District, but also the Region and Company.
