Digital Marketing Manager


Digital Marketing Manager is the key role in the marketing department that is the main determinant of the online strategy and the web characteristics. This role is accumulating & managing the main KPI model for the company and providing maintenance for the web, social and the external functions.


Job description:


·         Analyzing the CIS Digital market for gambling industry

·         Creation of the KPI model for the acquisition campaigns for different sources

·         Determination & active communication with the potential partners of digital media

·         Creation of the internal analytical system for the activity checking & control

·         Estimation of efficiency of sales promotions & campaigns through digital channels

·         Preparation of the reports for daily/weekly/monthly analyses of activities

·         Conducting the E-Mail Marketing Campaigns

·         Creating a brand-building strategy for Digital media

·         Detailed analyzes of the Competitors Digital activities & strategy

·         Managing & checking Digital promotional materials effectively

·         Creation & administration of Social Network Team within digital department

·         Creation & administration of the Content Management Team within department

·         Active control of the SEO & SEM strategy, web site content characteristics & activities


Role Expectation:


·         Online Gambling Field would be a plus

·         Digital Marketing/Marketing Degree

·         Minimum 3 years experience as a Digital Marketing Director Position for online business

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in CIS online field

·         Good understanding of CIS digital marketing channels & tools

·         Good understanding of the different Digital Marketing Statistics Tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, Similar Web, Alexa, . . .)

·         Experience of working with the Developers Team on several development projects

·         Experience of handling complex online projects

·         Experience in developing proper SEO/SEM strategy for the web site

·         Experience in creation/management of social networks' groups

·         Experience of planning, analytics and results, managing budget for Digital Channels


·         Experience of developing the KPI models for campaigns, forecasts and post campaign analyses
