Job Description
We are searching for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Group focused for on our company clients and visitors. Our Administrative Assistants perform a variety of routine administrative tasks and are responsible for providing support to their assigned Partners and Senior Managers as well as their respective industry groups. Additionally, Administrative Assistants provide support to other client service staff and members of the Administrative Assistant team.

• Process tax returns, extensions, Master Service Agreements and addendums
• Format and types a variety of correspondence
• Review calendars and anticipates logistical opportunities or needs to assist
• Assist with time and expense reports
• Prepare schedule of workload and lead monthly scheduling meeting
• Update and monitor due date schedules and track monthly billing deadlines
• Collect information and completes New Client Acceptance forms and obtains approvals
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare various department reports
• Assist with conferences and special events

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role required
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Capability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in accounting procedures preferred
• Flexibility with overtime to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills required.
