To achieve this goal, "TD" is in active search of an experienced sales and business development manager for military and security business areas.
- research and identification of potential customers and partners for security and defence products;
- initiate direct communication with potential customers and partners via email, phone, and personal meetings;
- make presentations of products and services to different audiences worldwide;
- travel to meet customers and attend conferences worldwide;
- assist technical teams in understanding customer requirements and providing feedback from customer input;
- negotiate sales and partner contracts;
- act as interface between customers and technical teams before and after sales.
- proven experience in sales and business development;
- previous sales experience in industrial or defence/aerospace is beneficial;
- fully fluent English (Advanced C1) with some technical vocabulary;
- ability to travel within Ukraine and internationally!
- effective verbal communication, negotiation skills.
