Maintains and enhances human resources as a business partner by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in alignment with the Group and business strategies to have committed people working for the company

Actively collaborates and contributes in international HR projects with the CHRO and other country HRMs

HR Manager is a member of the Country Management Team as well as the global HR council

Direct Responsibility for the 360-country level HR function and all responsibilities around the HR department, following the Global Group Policies, procedures and processes:

  • recruitment and selection process; solutions to meet workforce demands
    induction process/new hire orientation on country level
    effective employee relations strategy; overall well-being of employees, safe working environment, free from discrimination and harassment etc.
    ensuring legal compliance and taking into account the possible Collective Labour
  • Agreements and bargaining processes, being primary contact for legal counsel concerning employee relations matters
    coordinating training and development actions for managers and employees according to needs assessments
    occupational health care management
    coordination of the People Process in country ensuring the competencies of management are on sufficient level;
  • Role Profiles, Appraisal discussions, People Review, Successor planning, Talent Management conduction of the Employee Opinion Survey on country level securing a good response rate and development actions procedure in place
  • Compensation & Benefits; efficient and accurate payroll process and bonus schemes in place, conducting performance procedure
    process of exit interviews and action planning for retention
    participating pay surveys in country
    coordinating the global HCM-system within country
  • Any other task/responsibility related to HR from the HO

Skills :

Solid expertise of HR as a generalist (Business Partner)
Hands-on experience in payroll
general business and management skills preferably from industry /manufacturing
solid communication skills and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes
good knowledge of employment law and Collective Labour Agreements
“native” speaker and fluent in spoken and written English
Software; O365, intranet, HCM-systems


Min. 10 years in HR-related role and preferably min 2-3 years on some Team leader or Supervisor level position
Graduate University Degree; Business, Social, Psychology

Postgraduate in Business, HR, etc.
