Our client, an automation business software company, is seeking to hire a Technical Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition Team in NYC! Must have a track record of success with recruiting and hiring software engineers, data scientists, and/or machine learning engineers. - Source and manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical positions for our client's NYC location - i.e. jobs within software engineering, product management, and data science.
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define and implement a recruitment strategy, and hiring plan.
- Creatively source passive and active candidates using various online tools, your professional network, and drive employee engagement (i.e. employee referrals)
- Work with technology leads and HR leadership to drive candidate selection and improve interview processes
- Collaborate with HR leadership and hiring managers to 'close candidates' during the employment offer stage
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Creative recruitment/ technical sourcing experience, plus profiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever is a plus)
- Ablity to interview, analyze and assess candidates in person, advise internal stakeholders, and make hiring recommendations.
- Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
