Description

Our client, a leading media and content publishing company, is seeking to hire a Contract Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This is a long term consulting opportunity, with the potential to become a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical positions for our client's locations in the US
  • Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand recruitment strategy, and create/execute a hiring plan
  • Creatively source passive and active candidates using various online tools, your professional network, and drive employee engagement (i.e. employee referrals)
  • Work with technology leads and HR partners to drive candidate selection and improve interview processes
  • Collaborative with senior talent acquisition and hiring managers to 'close candidates' during the employment offer stage

Skills:

  • Creative recruitment/sourcing experience
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors a plus)
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
