Our client, a publishing company in NYC, is looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter to support their entire technology division. This person will provide full lifecycle recruiting. They will source, attract, recruit and hire IT and Product professionals to support the company's business needs. 

Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Recruiter:

  • Provide full lifecylce recruiting for the comapny's entire technology division
  • Manage 20 - 30 technical job requisitions
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, and advise them on best recruiting and hiring practices
  • Roll out progressive sourcing and recruiting strategies, while streamlining and improving recruitment processes

Qualifications of the Senior Techncial Recruiter:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with a mixture of in-house and agency
  • Ability to influence and advise decision makers
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies with a proven track record of success
