Optimize Partners provides staffing solutions to technology focused companies in the New York metro area, and beyond. One of our clients, a fast growing FinTech company that provides an online marketplace for commercial loans for small businesses, is looking to hire a Senior Account Executive to play a key role in the company's expansion strategy. They are looking for a highly driven, goal oriented person to join their B2B commercial lending sales team, to develop relationships with financial services providers, and drive adoption of their commercial loan lending platform. 


  • Work and report to the SVP of Sales to grow our technology footprint, within the North America-US financial services marketplace
  • Responsible for business development efforts, including statements of work proposals
  • Interface with key decision makers and senior leaders within each prospect
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing, strategy, legal and technical teams
  • Own the entire lifecycle of each opportunity from initial engagement- through an executed agreement with support from the leadership

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial loan lending and/or in FinTech Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
