A well funded SaaS start-up with new offices in London is looking to hire a Sales Recruiter consultant to attract, recruit and hire Regional Sales Managers (RSM's), Pre-Sales, Professional Service's Solution Architects and Sales Director's (SDRs) with a track record of selling either B2B SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products or services in the UK and/or EMEA.
Qualifications of the Sales Recruiter
- 8+ years of overall experience in full lifecycle recruiting, either agency, corporate or a combination of both
- Track record of recruiting and placing Sales professionals in the SaaS/PaaS or IaaS space
- Must have excellent communication and client facing skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing, global start-up environment
- Knowing when to pivot will mean the difference between success or failure.
