A well funded start-up in NYC is looking to hire a Sales Recruiter (temp or temp to perm) to attract, recruit and hire Sales Executives with a track record of selling B2B SaaS products or services. This is a long-term temp or temp-to-perm opportunity.
Qualifications of the Sales Recruiter
- 3+ years of overall experience in full lifecycle recruiting, either agency, corporate or a combination of both
- Track record of recruiting and placing Sales professionals in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space
- Must have good communication and client facing skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment. Knowing when to pivot will mean the difference between success or failure.
