Our client, a digital media and publishing company, is looking to hire a Digital Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a rich mix of business, technical, and process expertise. They will work alongside the business to capture, manage, and act on customer data and insights across various digital products and services.


  • Work closely with product and marketing and UX to develop a deep understanding of major sites and mobile apps
  • Define clear performance objectives and KPI's
    Develop measurement plans
  • Propose tools and reports to measure and act on data
  • Implement data collection technologies in support of measurement plans
  • Drive better understanding of customers
  • Define a JSON data and event layer for each new digital property
  • Administer analytics tag manager and write custom collection code when necessary
  • Perform data audits, QA and improve existing analytics
  • Implement and deploy A/B tests, survey intercepts, and other tools to aid in measuring the experience of users


2+ years of following:

  • Javascript (specifically for collecting and passing data)
  • HTML
  • JSON
  • Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager / Launch
  • Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely and Qualtrics Intercept
