A successful late stage B2B SaaS start-up, based in NYC, is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and will serve as the central point of contact during their customers entire life cycle of usage on the platform. 


Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Monitor and address enterprise customer success issues
  • Lead, manage, and drive enterprise customer product adoption, daily use, product awareness and customer success
  • Understand and access customer requirements
  • Collaborate with product managers and the UX design team, to ensure the voice of the customer is heard
  • Identify and grow opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure subscriber growth
  • Configure, analyze, and report customer data back to the enterprise customer


Qualifications of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience either in customer success or account management, preferably with B2B SaaS products
  • Relevent experience with marketing, data, and/or analytic SaaS products would be helpful, but not necessarily required
  • Ability to take ownership and drive issue resolution, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
