Our client, a successful digital media and learning company, is looking to hire a Digital Licensing & Rights Account Manager to assist in acquiring new business, manage and identify new opportunities within existing accounts. The Account Manager will identify and execute new global digital partnerships that will drive revenue and ensure maximum penetration for our client's Professional Services organization.


  • Identify and develop partnerships with corporations, content aggregators, eLearning providers and online marketing services
  • Ensure licensing partnerships align with company-wide business objectives to minimize channel conflict and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Achieve Personal revenue and Team targets within key accounts
  • Collaborate with Marketing team for prospecting campaigns as well as to gain knowledge on trends and budgets
  • Collaborate with the Director of International Rights & Business Development in identifying new international partnerships
  • Expand digital licensing activities in both Local and international markets by leveraging existing assets and translation partners

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of 3-5 years business development experience in the content licensing/sales space
  • Experience in negotiating and closing licensing agreements
  • Experience selling into corporations and licensing to third parties such as content aggregators
  • Established network in the licensing/sales space
  • Demonstrated ability to execute against strategic plans and targets in prior roles
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Exposure to SalesForce and other sales tools (i.e. Linkedin Sales Navigator)
  • Understanding of emerging technologies, digital sales channels and business models
  • Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
