Ning is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team in Kiev! You will develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing across all channels.
Ning is the world’s largest platform founded in 2008 for deploying social communities and websites.
- plan and execute marketing campaigns, evaluate against goals (KPIs and ROI);
- develop brand and product positioning;
- design, build, and maintain our social media presence;
- identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels;
- brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
- collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- proven working experience in digital or brand marketing over 2 years;
- experience in working with multiple locations;
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written);
- demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
- experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate;
- knowledge of A/B testing and campaign deployment;
- strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
- solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends);
- keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
