The successful candidate should have experience and insight into the video game category across multiple platforms and demonstrate an ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, competitive landscape, partner needs and consumer wants/desires. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellence in marketing integration, category insight, partner management and relationship building.

Oversee multiple production projects at once, helping set vision while creating alignment for all levels of content creation, recruiting new talent, and leading fellow Renatusers

Lead prodigiously talented dev teams while getting your hands dirty in creative development, working directly with writers, sound and visual designers, producers, and visual effects artists to listen and respond to pitches as you ensure that Renatus releases only top quality content

Inform and build features roadmaps, identifying critical path issues while pulling together strike forces to blast through barriers and ship content to players

Act as product owner on a variety of creative content while organizing daily standups to coordinate team members, manage backlogs, and work with other customers and stakeholders throughout Renatus




• 3-5 years product marketing or product management experience with experience in the games industry.

• Solid organization, communication, presentation, negotiation capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage critical relationships with both internal and external partners

• Strong analytical abilities and category insight.

• Experience working with and developing promotional/marketing campaigns with external Partners 

• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to influence and collaborate with teams and individuals.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) with a focus on business, marketing, communications is strongly preferred but not required.
