The perfect candidate should have proven experience in the following areas: bank's acquiring department, payment company in international markets.
- achieve annual sales targets
- develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- build and maintain strong customer relationships
- partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales in bank's acquiring department or Payment Company (Payment Gateway, Payment Service Provider etc)
- proven sales executive experience
- proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- excellent verbal and written communications skills
- strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales team
