KEY DUTIES:
• Grow sales by driving sales growth of existing and new customers.  Contacting new and existing customers to build/maintain the relationship in a manner that allows both parties to continually benefit.
• Account Manager should be focused on program solutions that meet our customer and prospect needs is the primary focus.
• Account Manager will spend at least 15% of their time Prospecting for new appointments with new clients.
• Is responsible for preparing and planning programs, inventory forecasts, marketing events, and trade shows for concise execution within pre-determined budget.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6+ Years experience in outside sales with a track record of success.
• Passion and knowledge for the outdoors and the relevant industries.
• Promotional and incentive product sales preferred.

• Live in and have knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Self-starter: demonstrates personal initiative and assumes responsibility.
• Exemplary standards of integrity, work ethic and team collaboration.
