iSourcer is seeking a business development lead.   This person will be responsible for telling the iSourcer story and helping clients expand their reach for highly desired passive candidates.  Experience with digital staffing on the east and west coasts is necessary. 


We are a digital native company and seek those who understand technology and design and the challenges of staffing in a tight labor market.


Experience with various sized HR teams, ATS systems, and recruitment metrics.
