Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Web Analytics Manager will be responsible for the proactive management of the Marketing Technology team’s web analytics program. 

 

This role will cover several global/regional web properties, and include web analytics requirements collection, tracking code implementation, report testing and validation, building and managing reports within Webtrends, incorporating Tableau and other analytics platforms, tag management integration, measuring and monitoring of results, and reporting trends to the business leads. 

 

Responsibilities

 

The Web Analytics Consultant will:

  • Work with stakeholders from the Marketing Technology, Content, Strategy & Insights, Channel Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to develop web reporting requirements
  • Assist with development of key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively make recommendations on an ongoing basis
  • Align with Web Marketing Managers, Client's Interactive group and analytics vendors to ensure business channels are receiving valuable, accurate web reporting for campaigns as well as ongoing site efforts
  • Work through Client's Interactive team to implement appropriate technical solutions for web analytics efforts, including tag management system
  • Engage regional Marketing teams to develop and implement appropriate web analytics solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Document processes for building custom reports, filters, dashboards
  • Clean-up and maintenance of existing web analytics platform

 

Minimum Requirements

 

The Web Analytics Manager will have:

  • 6+ years of experience working with enterprise-level Web Analytics applications, specifically Webtrends with some work with Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst
  • Strong Technical proficiency with Webtrends
  • MS Excel proficiency is required
  • HTML and JavaScript proficiency is required
  • Tag management implementation experience preferred
  • Tableau experience is a plus
  • Experience setting web analytics dashboards for Marketing teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts through speech and writing

 

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

 

Experience Level:

6+ years of experience working with enterprise-level Web Analytics applications, specifically Webtrends with some work with Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst
