Our client is an international organization based in Europe, delivering a global project in Brazil. This is an opportunity to assist a global organization to deliver a very important project.

The professional must have the ability to configure, install, monitor and maintain RFID equipment. In addition, it is required knowledge of IT network administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to apply to complex situations is also necessary.


This position is for a Full-time Project Engineer with IT and RFID experience in an initial 12 months contract. There will be 2 trips to Europe during the contract and 25% of traveling time in Brazil. The position is home-based in São Paulo, SP. 2+ years of experience supporting IT Helpdesk services

Experience in administrating, configuring and maintaining data networks

Experience in implementing RFID and/or wireless technologies

Experience applying basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigating causes, and recommending smart solutions

Technical-specific knowledge/skills

Knowledge of technology projects, preferably with experience in international projects

Ability to research networking issues and troubleshooting techniques such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS within different operating systems

Provide assistance to end users by performing advanced technical support and training

Periodic preparation of activity performance reports, technical reports and data sets for delivery to stakeholders on a regular basis

Liaises with local logistics companies and customs to support the delivery of RFID

equipment shipped by the client to the destination countries


Personal-specific knowledge/skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with the project team and all levels of management

Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, conflict management and team building to work with a multicultural environment

Self-driven, motivated and able to be productive without significant supervision.

Travel availability (25% of time + 2 trips to Europe during the 12 months contract)


Adaptability, Time Management, Communication, Problem-solving skills


University Degree or equivalent professional or specialized studies in Telecommunications, Network or Computer Engineering is/are required.

Native Portuguese

Advanced English

Intermediate Spanish
