Our Client is a Multinational quickly expanding globally.
You will be responsible to contact companies from a database to obtain or verify all data required to execute a program or campaign.
According to the collected data, it determines whether or not the company meets the minimum requirements to enter the program or campaign.
Interaction by phone with companies to validate and complete the required information.
Profile information (information that complies with established criteria)
Comply with the code of conduct, rules, and policies of the company
Report performed activities daily
Perform tasks assigned by direct supervisor related to the nature of job position
Having updated and complete lead's information
Selecting correct leads
Maintain business order
Control area operations
Complete higher education (technical, technological) in Products and Services Selling, customer service, office assistant, sixth semester or above students in communications, studies related to humanities or call center.
Knowledge and Technical Abilities
Minimum 1-year experience in similar positions in customer service, face to face or by phone
Office Automation work tools competencies
Basic level of Excel
Excellent handling search engine on the web
General knowledge of products and their trademark licensing such as Microsoft, Oracle, Autodesk (desirable)
Understand basic English commands
Written and oral communication skills
