- Experience in client management, troubleshooting, client performance reports;
- 1+ years experience in Client Manager Role;
- Experience / Knowledge in mobile or RTB Programmatic a plus;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Experience with performance providers and trackers a plus.
- Will own and deliver daily client campaign management and performance tracking across all global accounts to identify trends and recommend opportunities for expansion and improvement. Communicate the results to clients, ensure client loyalty;
- Partner with Sales Team / Client development Team Lead / Technical Support managers to assist in Fiksu Inc. business development;
- Help develop best practices for client integration and support and provide the
- Sales Team with promo materials and checklists, signing IOs;
- Access performance providers (Kochava, Tune, AppsFlyer etc) to ensure that all data is flowing properly;
- Troubleshoot tracking and performance problems with internal team and third party vendors;
- Monitor all live campaigns and flag trends (positive and negative) to the Client Management Team Head;
- Provide ad hoc reporting of campaign performance for Client Management Team.
