(Senior) Account Manager

Location: Central London


Reporting to the VP of Sales, EMEA, the Account Manager’s objective is to nurture and grow accounts, while ensuring that customers make the most out of our services and platform. By delivering a consistently high standard of service to existing customers, through proactive management and a thorough understanding of their goals and requirements, the account is not only successfully retained, but also actively expanded. 





·         Own, maintain and develop the relationship with a high number (30+) of customers across different industries

·         Understand our customers’ business and key drivers, issues and concerns, in order to understand where and how the product can add value within their organization

·         Manage the full life-cycle of the customer journey, from onboarding, to adoption, to retention, to expansion

·         Train customers on how to use the application and get maximum use out of it

·         Lead implementation and configuration of the product

·         Manage platform customization projects to meet exact requirements of our clients

·         Maintain 1st class customer satisfaction by engaging in proactive communication

·         Identify and develop areas for growth within existing customers, and expand and upsell to meet targets

·         Acting as a trusted advisor, to drive engagement, generate content creation, knowledge share, best practice and develop new use cases to better and further the customer lifecycle


Required Skills:


·         Minimum of 5 years’ enterprise customer ownership

·         Knowledge and strong understanding of cloud-based services, SaaS and business software

·         Knowledge of content management systems

·         Knowledge of video streaming

·         Proven ability to enable customers to execute on their strategies and vision

·         Logical and practical with a strong set of prioritization and time management skills

·         Good organizational and project management skills

·         High level of attention to detail

·         Excellent written and verbal communication

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, to work with a varied range of colleagues and clients

·         Ability to build effective relationships internally with all teams in order to ensure quality delivery on time  

·         Sound common sense with an ability to hear and understand client needs, and offer solutions to expand business
