EnCon Search Services, LLC. (EnCon) has tripled its workload over the last year. We are looking to hire experienced recruiters to work remotely. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for these professionals too work in consulting engineering or architectural firms:
In this role, you will set your own pace work when you want and put in as much time as you wish, this can be a part-time or full-time. You will be able to pick and choose your assignment. As an independent remote recruiter, you will receive 40% of any fees paid to EnCon as a result of your efforts in providing a candidate that you sourced, recruited, interviewed and is subsequently placed with one of our clients. Prior experience with technical recruitment; sourcing, screening, hiring etc., is a huge plus.
This is 100% Commission: As an independent remote recruiter you will be a self-employed contractor and receive forty percent 40% of any fees paid to EnCon Search Services as a result of your efforts in providing a candidate that you sourced, recruited, interviewed and is subsequently placed with one of our clients.
First year potential of $30,000 to $60,000 dependent or your efforts
