Responsible for engaging with customers on their eCommerce projects to understand their requirements and translate them into functionality requirements using Agile methodology. The successful candidate will be required to have worked across all platforms, eCommerce multi channel delivering a client facing website and to have conducted and facilitated workshops to stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Working with customers to understand their eCommerce solution requirements
Facilitate and have responsibility for requirements capture.
Evidence of dealing with Senior Business Stakeholders
Matching core software capabilities with requirements
Understanding key fuctional and user experience requirements and translating them into well defined requirements, using Agile methods
Single point of contact for customer issues/queries
Maintaining effective communications between customer and project teams.
Education Level
Higher education or degree in relevant subject preferred

Key Skills

Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent Customer Engagement capabilities
Domain knowledge and expertise in Retail eCommerce
2+ years experience with a software house and solutions development and integrations
Highly organised, with a meticulous attention to detail
Professional and courteous

Experience required

3+ years experience of working in a busy eCommerce IT organisation
Multichannel business process experience with eCommerce retailers preferred
Experience with running workshops to extract and define detail requirements
Ability to describe complex business process issues at varying levels dependant on the audience, using formal business process mapping techniques
Proven business analysis and consultative skills
Experience in working in an Agile environment
Good understanding of the principles of analysing and anticipating sources of risk
Ability to deliver detailed functional specifications to solve customer issues and meet customer business requirements
Proven track record in Senior Management/CXO communication and influence.
Experience desired
Experience in a customer- facing hybris eCommerce development environment would be advantageous

Exposure/experience to projects involving any of the below would be an advantage:-
Exposure to hybris projects 4.2 and above
Projects delivered using /agile and Jira as a tool to manage them
Projects involving integration to ERP, Order fulfilment, Warehouse management, Payment Service Provider or CRM systems
