Ukrainian IT company operating in the western market, due to the launch of new projects is looking for Customer support manager.
- Interaction with new clients, advising on the order procedures, assistance with the website interface through emails, live chats and phone;
- Providing support for existing clients: resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint. Determining the cause of the problem: selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
- Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; following on the process of the order;
- Answer a high volume of calls, emails and instant chat messages from customers and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Required skills & knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent written and spoken English (Intermediate-Advanced);
- Ability to work night shifts;
- Experience working with native English speakers is a plus;
- Speaking second foreign language (Fra/Esp/Ita) is appreciated;
- Sales experience is a plus;
- Display of initiative;
