ASKfm is the only global social network built on a Q&A format. It is an international product company operating in over 100 markets, including Western Europe, CIS, Tier 1, LATAM and parts of Asia. Our monetisation model is advertising, in-app purchases will be launched in 2019.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to set up contacts with Brands, Agencies, Networks and sell the Product and its traffic.
- develop, test, validate and scale strategy for selling traffic to brands;
- initiate and run negotiations, organise closure of deals and execution of them;
- develop the team and request resources as needed to deliver aligned results;
- cooperate with Marketing and Product departments, proactively bring in Sales agenda into Product development;
- plan and execute social presence of the Product - conference, prospect visits.
- background in online advertising (iOS, Android, mobile web, desktop);
- experience in business level client service and sales;
- strong leadership skills, results orientation, focused on company and personal growth, problem solving skills, great communication skills, flexibility, teamwork;
- knowledge of online advertising market trends on ad formats. Experience with various advertising platforms (Mopub, Smaato, Appodeal);
- setup and ad campaign optimization experience;
- experience in using CRM tools;
- English- fluent.
